Cancellation Policy:
We kindly ask that you call or message us at least 24 Hours in advance if you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment.
Any appointment cancelled less than 24 hours notice, as well as failure to show, or 20 mins late for your appointment, will result in a charge of 50% of the service fee (which is your Deposit).
Deposit:
- Deposits are Made to have an Appointment unless you are a Walk In, and we have available time to Service you at that moment.
- Deposits are 50% of the service you book.
- Look back at our cancellation policy to see what will qualify a client to forfeit their deposit in a situation of failure to make appointment time, needing to reschedule, or cancel an appointment.
